The warm scent of the almond oil relaxes the mind while the sesame oil and cinnamon soothe both skin and muscles.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup sesame oil 1 tablespoon almond oil 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (Dal-chini)

Steps:

1. Mix up ingredients with a fork and let stand for one hour. 2. After, add these ingredients in the luke warm water of your bath tub. 3. Massage feet, hands, and any sore muscles. 4. Relax for half an hour!

Homeostasis refers to self-regulating mechanisms through which biological systems maintain a stable internal condition in the face of changes in the external environment. The French Physiologist Claude bernade (1813-78) was the first to show that the internal environment of any living organism is maintained within certain limits. Homeostasis is generally achieved through on – off control and feedback control. Harmones often play a vital role in it.

Prevent Constipation

Many people suffer from constipation regularly and most have it at some point of time in their life. Constipation can be prevented while adapting regular and suitable lifestyle, particularly diet.

Constipation is said to exist when the frequency of passing stool is less than three times per week. Constipation includes: 1) hard consistency of the stool; 2) difficulty inpassing the stool; 3) excessive straining while passing the stool; 4) heavy or full feeling in the lower abdomen; and 5) feeling of incomplete passing of the stool.

Stool is formed from the undigested food. After you swallow food, it passes through the food pipe, the stomach, and small intestine, in that order….

On different occasions we go dizzy. Dizziness happens when we lose a sense of balance. We must first understand what gives us a sense of balance. All of us have three long tubes in the form of three semi-circular arcs. These are located behind our ears. These tubes are called Semi-Circular Canals. These three canals are at right angles to each other in the three dimensions of space: length (backwards and forwards), breadth (right and left) and height (up and down).

These canals contain a fluid called lymph. At one end of the tubes, they are enlarged into a bulb-shape called the “ampullae” In these ampullae, there are sensitive cells…
